Opinion: Most Radical Ticket in U.S. History

Socialism is an ideology in which select elites hold all the cards of society for the sake of what they deem “equality” and “human decency”. Socialism aims to control the means of production, distribution and exchange under the guise of making it fair for all – never allowing one person to do better than another…except, obviously, those who are in control of it.

Socialism wants you to own nothing and be happy.

That’s why it’s extremely concerning that the new Vice Presidential pick for the Democrat ticket, Tim Walz, said just a week or so ago that “…one man’s socialism is another man’s neighborliness.” No, no it isn’t Mr. Walz.

Court Packing is bad, and I will Prove it

On Monday, President Biden wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post where he laid out his recommendations on how he feels the Supreme Court, one of the pivotal branches of government, should be reformed in order to better serve the Democrats – I mean – the American people.

Isn’t it funny how one independent branch of government is trying to tell another independent branch of government what to do; which is totally why our founding fathers separated them from one another – right?

Do Democrat Voters Have a Voice Anymore: a Conservative Take on the New Nominee

It seems that despite Joe Biden receiving 14 million votes in the primary that the Democrat Party is subverting the will of their voters by forcing Biden to step down and shoving Kamala Harris down everyone’s throat.

To be fair, we will never know if the presidential primary would have turned out differently if Harris and Biden ran head to head – which would have been an entertaining match up – but it also seems as though the Democrat Party is essentially telling their voter base that “you’ll accept and vote for anyone we tell you to” which is ironically the same kind of blind obedience they say “MAGA Republicans” have for Trump.

Cobb’s State House District 42: the Socialist vs Well, Everybody

In Cobb County State House District 42, which covers areas of Marietta, Smyrna and Vinings a race is heating up between a self-proclaimed socialist and a conservative, which could redefine the political makeup of the entire county, and potentially the state of Georgia.

As we head into November, District 42 will see a new State House Representative no matter who wins the bid; but the question is: will it be for the worse or better of the residents of Cobb County?

Opinion: Are we lowering the political temperature?

In case you live under a rock, former President Donald Trump was the victim of an assassination attempt at his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday. This attempt on his life claimed the life of one rally goer, Corey Comperatore, and injured two others.

Since Saturday, there have been calls from both sides of the aisle to “lower the political temperature” and statements that violence is not the answer. The right is often blamed for violent rhetoric and actions, despite the summer of ANTIFA riots in 2020, Maxine Waters telling constituents to go after conservatives in public, Congressman Steve Scalise (R-LA) being shot at a baseball game by a far left supporter, and the plethora of liberals on social media who have expressed their dissatisfaction that the potential assassin missed.

Letter To The Editor: We Don’t Trust You – The Cobb County BoC Shell Game

Dear Editor,
Majority Cobb County Board of Commissioners (BoC),

We don’t trust you! County Manager Dr. Jackie McMorris made that statement, and we agree.
The most recent atrocity in your “shell game” of distorting data/facts is your determination to approve (6/11/24) the ancient, highly unpopular, excessively expensive 2011 SPLOST Lower Roswell Road (LRR) project, much expanded from the project approved by voters in 2011. It is a project so unpopular that former commissioners would not allow it to go forward in their (in one case) twelve (12) years in office. There is an expiration date on SPLOST projects. This one is past that date, contrary to comments by the county attorney.

Opinion: Americans lost the debate

Watching Donald Trump and Joe Biden on stage during CNN’s debate made me a little sick, because it proved that the “conspiracy theories” surrounding the mental state of the current President of the free world are true. The entire debate was wildly unfair, because President Trump wiped the floor with a dementia-laden old man who had difficulty stringing together a coherent thought.

President Trump was the most controlled I had ever seen him and I believe that was his strategy all along. He didn’t need to yell, name call or, honestly, even speak because he knew as soon as the conversation went to Joe that the current president would fall on his face.

Opinion: Surgeon General wants to ban guns – because he’s a professional

Once again, the United States government is manufacturing a crisis.
Don’t even get me started on the debacle that was COVID, or the quickly dead Monkey Pox terror, because I just might blow my non-mask wearing, standing within 6 feet of you, coughing and sneezing in public stack!
This time the Surgeon General of the United States, a man that I quickly forget the moment I see him, Dr. Vivek Murthy, is now using his position to advocate for policy changes in the use and possession of firearms in the name of “public health safety”.
