This is what the people of Cobb County’s House District 42 voted for.
One of Cobb County’s newly elected officials is now instructing criminal illegal immigrants about how to avoid ICE raids. Georgia State House Representative Gabriel Sanchez (House District 42) who is a self proclaimed democratic socialist, was just sworn in on January 13th, but he’s not wasting any time promoting his radical socialist agenda.
Just days ago, Representative Sanchez posted a step-by-step video on Facebook, instructing criminal illegals about how to evade immigration enforcement officials.
Sanchez is best known for his involvement as an “organizer” with Stop Cop City, a movement comprised of a variety of radical socialist activist groups that orchestrated many Atlanta protests that became violent.
Protestors burned police vehicles, fired improvised explosives at police, and even shot at a Georgia State Trooper. Their vile violent actions terrorized local residents and resulted in millions of dollars in damages to private homes and local businesses in Atlanta.
The violence at the protests led to the indictment of more than 60 members charged with racketeering, domestic terrorism, arson, and money laundering. Sanchez is admittedly unapologetic for the violence…

Now as a newly elected state house member, Sanchez is focusing his radical agenda in aiding criminal illegal immigrants in further breaking immigration laws and deportation efforts. Sanchez campaigned on the issue of ending Georgia’s Collaboration with ICE officials as seen on his website.
“I will fight for in-state tuition for any Georgian regardless of immigration status, driver’s licenses for ALL regardless of immigration status, and an end to Georgia’s collaboration with ICE.”
Last week, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt emphasized the Trump administration’s commitment to enforcing our country’s immigration laws, closing with this, “In failing to enforce immigration laws, you are breaking them.” She continued, “Those individuals who entered our country without permission have, quite simply, broken the law and are, therefore, criminals.”
Shouldn’t our own lawmakers be supporting the citizens of our community rather than criminal illegal immigrants who making our communities unsafe, draining taxpayers’ resources for rent, groceries, gas, education and healthcare?
Sanchez was elected to serve the U.S. citizens of the state district who voted him into office. Sadly, his commitment lies elsewhere.
Sanchez’s alliance with radical socialism seems to remain strong, below he is proudly standing in a photo prominently displayed on the Atlanta Chapter of the Democratic socialist of America’s website.

Members of the Atlanta is DSA chapter are now allegedly involved in planning mass protests across metro Atlanta with coordination with other local radical groups. The next to take place as soon as Wednesday February 5, at the Georgia State Capital and Centennial Olympic Park.
Sanchez’s involvement in any of the the planned protests is unknown at this time. Let’s hope and pray that now as elected representative he will use his role to sway these events to remain peaceful and ensure the rights of all lawful citizens are upheld.
