About Kay Morgan
Kay Morgan, a seasoned businesswoman, entrepreneur, and community leader, understands both the struggles and opportunities that Cobb County residents experiences. She feels the frustration of sitting in traffic jams, the burden of high taxes, and the yearning for a community that feels like home. But most importantly, she knows how to bring about the change that this community so desperately needs.
Kay’s commitment to Cobb County is not just talk; it’s backed by years of active involvement. She has been an active member of Cobb Executive Women since 2014 and currently serves on their Steering Committee, advocating for women in leadership roles. She has served on the Board of the Annual Thanksgiving Golf Classic for the last five years, helping to raise over $800,000 for local children’s charities. Her work with the Center for Family Resources from 2014 to 2020 helped raise funds for families in need. As a member of MUST Ministries in the early ’90s, she focused on marketing and volunteer work, ensuring that the organization could reach those who needed help the most.
Her dedication to youth development is evident in her many years of leading church youth groups and through her co-founding of the Men’s Junior Mustangs at KMHS Lacrosse and her board membership for both Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse teams. As a PTA Board Member at Pine Mountain MS and Hayes ES, Kay has been an active volunteer, ensuring that the schools offer a nurturing environment for children.
